Costs
Matters of mental capacity are not only task specific, they are also time specific.
Jane will endeavour to assess the patient at the optimal time and is flexible in terms of location; visiting individuals at home, in residential care, hospital or a solicitor’s office. She appreciates that a quick turnaround is often critical and aims to assess and complete the report in a timely fashion.
The cost of a comprehensive court report or a retrospective review of medical evidence depends on the nature of the case and the extent of the material requiring consideration. Jane is able to provide an estimate of time and costs at the beginning of the engagement. Travel outside of greater Auckland is also possible.
Cost: $500/hr +GST
Travel time: $250/hr +GST
